What is Website Concierge Program?
This program provides website design, development and maintenance services to healthcare practitioners, independent businesses owners, freelancers, coaches, fitness trainers and other small business owners.
How does it work?
Its simple. You can a pick design layout our team has created. You can then choose you colours and styling. Based on your selection our designers will create the first draft. You can request two revisions. If you still require more revisions or structural changes for specific business/marketing needs, we will let you know the additional costs, if applicable.
How can I update my site?
There are two ways to do that. You will be given the login to the backend of your site. You can update the site by logging in any time you want. Or you can connect with your Digital Champion (DC), who will update the site for you.
Who is a Digital Champion?
A Digital Champion (DC) is Digital Media professional who has the industry experience of developing digital brands. A DC will work with you and our technicians on regular basis to ensure that your site is up-to-date and site score is optimal.
Is this service free?
There is no upfront fee for design, development, maintenance and other services mentioned under Concierge packages. You can select a payment plan that best suits your marketing strategy. Your DC can tell you about the pricing for add-on services or if you need custom developments.
How do I know that the traffic coming to the site is legit?
We take our clients' business success and cyber security very seriously. Our goal is not only to provide you with best-in-class design and development services but also build secured sites. Therefore, our concierge service also comes with SSL Certificate, a protocol for web browsers and servers that allows for the authentication, encryption and decryption of data sent over the Internet. We do regular security checks. Furthermore, you can track the traffic coming to your site on Google Analytics.
Why should I reach out to you to upload the blog?
You don't have to. You may upload blogs and articles yourself.
How do I upload a blog?
Blog is an add-on feature. If the Blog feature is set up on your site, you will have access to upload a blog. You may also ask your DC to upload it for you.
What if I want to cancel the service?
You can cancel at any time you want. The base cost of Concierge services is $999 (plus HST). If you have paid us usages or subscription fees, we will substract the difference and charge the deficit, plus the cancellation fee of $60, to your credit card. Upon cancellation, we will provide you with all the accesses you need to keep the site going or transfer your site to another provider.
